【摘要】:ThisPartofEN1915appliestoGSEwhenusedincivilairtransportasintendedbythemanufacturerandcontainssafetyrequirementsrelatingtotheequipmentingeneral.ThisPartofEN1915dealswiththetechnicalrequirementstominimizethehazardslistedinclause4whichcanariseduringoperationandmaintenanceofGSEasintendedbythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepresentative.ThisEuropeanStandardisintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwithEN1915-2,EN1915-3(forvehicles)andEN1915-4,andwiththerelevantpartofEN12312.ThisPartofEN1915doesnotapplytounmodifiedautomotivepartswhenusedonGSEforthepurposeforwhichtheyaredesigned.ThisPartofEN1915doesnotestablishadditionalrequirementsforthefollowing:--operationelsewherethaninanairportenvironment;--operationinsevereconditions,e.g.ambienttemperaturebelow-20~Corover50~C,tropicalorsaturatedsaltyatmosphericenvironment,strongmagneticorradiationfield;--operationsubjecttospecialrules,e.g.potentiallyexplosiveatmosphereexceptasregardsoperationinthevicinityofanaircraftfueltankduringfuellingoperation;--hazardscausedbypowersupplyotherthanfromelectricalnetworks;--hazardsoccurringduringconstruction,transportation,commissioninganddecommissioningoftheGSE;--hazardscausedbywindvelocityinexcessofthefiguresgiveninthisEuropeanStandard;--directcontactwithfoodstuffs;--earthquake,flood,landslide,lightningandmoregenerallyanynaturalcatastrophe;--electromagneticcompatibility(EMC);--cablelessremotecontrol;--hazardscausedbynoiseandvibration,seeEN1915-3andEN1915-4;--hazardscausedbyerrorsinthesoftware.ThisPartofEN1915isnotapplicabletoGSEwhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationbyCENofthisStandard.
