【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoverscommercialzincandzinc-aluminum(ZA)alloysiningotformforremeltingforthemanufactureofpressurediecastings,foundrycastingsandcontinuouscastbarstockasdesignatedandspecifiedin.Sevenalloycompositionsarespecified,designatedasfollows:1.2ZincalloysZ33521,Z33522,Z35530,andZ35540areusedprimarilyforremeltinginthemanufactureofpressurediecastings.Zinc-aluminumalloysZ35635,Z35630,andZ35840areusedforremeltinginthemanufactureofbothfoundryandpressurediecastings.CastingsmadefromtheseingotsarespecifiedinSpecificationB86,StandardSpecificationforZincandZinc-AluminumAlloysforFoundryandDieCastings.1.3Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.1.4Systemsofnomenclatureusedtodesignatezincandzinc-aluminum(ZA)alloysusedforcastingaredescribedinAppendixX1.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.ItistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtobecomefamiliarwithallhazardsincludingthoseidentifiedintheappropriateMaterialSafetyDataSheet(MSDS)forthisproduct/materialasprovidedbythemanufacturer,toestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpractices,anddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
